Yes, I am self building. I'm managing some of the subcontractors myself such as the excavation, drainage, windows and landscaping. I have a good contractor in charge of building the house and I'm sourcing and managing all of the finish items such as lighting, floor tiles, the doors, staircase, kitchen, bathrooms and bespoke carpentry items for the bootroom and walk-in-wardrobes.
